Welcome! I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults, and I am here to walk alongside you in a space where you can feel supported and understood. I will tailor your therapeutic experience based on your individual needs, at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a second-generation Asian American, former teacher, and school counselor. Those experiences shaped who I am today and continue to guide the way I show up as a therapist. Growing up between cultures taught me what it’s like to navigate different expectations and environments. I will hold space for your unique culture, background, and experiences in our work together.

I have worked with countless kiddos over 12 years in public education, and it’s an experience I hold close to my heart. Working in schools allowed me to understand the importance of resilience and connection. I carry that with me into therapy, where my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to grow, even when things feel tough.
