I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, and mindfulness approaches in our work together. We will practice viewing your thoughts and feelings through a mindful lens, allowing you to manage challenges more effectively. I will help you take practical steps towards positive change, by focusing on your core values and strengths.
